chefsherlock · 9 months agoThere was never a better chef than Jean-Louis as I had the priveledge of working for him at Aquarelle and in opening Pesce in Dupont Circle prior to his passing, it still to this day is/was revolutionary and concepts that truly copy his ideas and since copying is the best compliment all I can say is RIP Jean Louis-
