    Nice, but I was wondering what brands of Oyster Sauce and spring roll wrappers you like to use?

    Weinoo-The brand of oyster sauce isn't important, as long as the ingredients list starts with 'oyster' or 'oyster extract'. Some brands contain imitation oyster flavor. I like the 'Dragon' wrappers, but I haven't found much difference in brands, really.

    Oh, and I think that the "Asian cilantro" pictured is actually called culantro or recao.

    Yes, perhaps the colloquial use of 'Asian cilantro' is misleading. 'Spiny cilantro' is perhaps more accurate and descriptive. Thanks Weinoo!
